Six plain steps with a free home visit, an itemized estimate and regular updates. You always know what we are doing, why and what comes next.
Step 1You tell us about your kitchen and what you want to change: a refresh, new cabinets, a new layout or a whole-room remodel. We ask a few questions, listen and set a visit that fits your day.
Step 2A designer visits, measures the room, photographs the conditions and looks at the walls, floors, wiring and plumbing. We ask how you cook, who uses the kitchen and what has and has not worked.
Step 3You receive a layout, selections and an itemized written estimate with the scope, materials, allowances, schedule and options. We walk you through it and revise it until it feels right.
Step 4We order long-lead items, protect your home, set up a temporary kitchen plan and complete demolition and any structural or hidden-condition repairs, with permits handled and inspections scheduled.
Step 5Trades are sequenced, deliveries are tracked and you get regular updates. Cabinets, counters, tile, lighting, plumbing, flooring and paint go in, with quality checks at each stage.
Step 6We walk the finished kitchen with you, complete the punch list, explain care for each material and keep your project file for future reference.

Ask every bidder to price the same written scope. Our bid scorecard helps you compare scope, references, schedule and communication.
It depends on scope. Cosmetic updates are quick. Full remodels take longer, especially with custom cabinets, structural changes and permits.
We document it, explain the options and give you the cost and schedule impact in writing before work continues.
Call us and we will visit your home, listen to how you cook and give you an itemized written estimate for your remodel.
